1. Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the maxx66 website accessible at https://maxx66.one together with all services offered on it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the services of the maxx66 platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual account registered by a player to access maxx66 services.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited into an account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or promotions offered by maxx66 to players subject to stated conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Payment Methods" refers to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the maxx66 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently subject to any prohibition by any authority regarding online gambling activities.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's personal information.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the maxx66 platform. Opening more than one account, whether under the same name or a different name, is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed.

During registration, players are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• An active mobile phone number that can be contacted.
• A valid email address controlled by the player.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification.

maxx66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of MyKad or passport and bank statements for compliance purposes. Players who fail to submit the required documents within the stipulated period may face account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Payments

maxx66 accepts deposits via the listed payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), ShopeePay and the cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits made using a third-party payment method will not be accepted and will be returned.
• maxx66 does not charge any additional fees for deposit transactions, however payment service providers may apply their own charges.

All deposits are subject to review and verification by the maxx66 finance team. In unusual cases, this process may take longer than normal.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by maxx66.
• Any bonus received must fully meet the wagering requirement before the bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Identity verification documents may be required before a withdrawal request is approved, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

maxx66 offers various bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions that must be followed in full.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received:

Additional terms that apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• maxx66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion with prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or converted directly to cash.

7. Game Rules

All games offered on the maxx66 platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) or are provided by licensed software providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, maxx66 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the player.
• Any wager placed during a system disruption or technical error is considered void.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. maxx66 is not responsible for losses resulting from a disconnection.
• Game strategies that disrupt the experience of other players or manipulate the system are strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

All players are required to behave responsibly and with courtesy when using the maxx66 platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or similar tools to automate gameplay or transactions.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or live games.
• Attempts to hack, infiltrate or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Use of offensive, abusive or threatening language when interacting with the support team or other players.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the maxx66 platform.

9. Account Restrictions and Closure

maxx66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Reasonable suspicion or belief that the registration information is false or misleading.
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or illegal financing.
• A request from a relevant legal authority or regulator.
• The player personally requests account closure for responsible gambling reasons.

In cases of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, maxx66 reserves the right to withhold all balances in the account pending internal investigation and legal requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

maxx66 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage arising from:

• Access to or use of the maxx66 platform, or the inability to access it.
• Technical failures, service disruptions or unplanned downtime.
• Game outcomes or betting results that are not in the player's favour.
• Loss or damage to data resulting from factors beyond maxx66's control.

maxx66's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

maxx66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes through:

• In-platform notifications upon login.
• Email notices sent to the registered address.
• Updates to this Terms and Conditions page with the new amendment date.

Continued use of the maxx66 platform after amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

maxx66 operates under an international licence. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which maxx66 is licensed.
